Sriracha Chicken and Waffles

I was drawn in by the sheer creativity of this dish, but to call it unique doesn't do it justice. This may be the most delicious thing I've ever eaten from a food truck, and that's a pretty long list of lunches and dinners. Just look at the description from the menu - how could you possibly pass this up?
This is the first time these guys have come here since I started working out of this office. I really hope that it's one of their regular stops this summer. If the other food on their menu are half as good as the Sriracha Chicken & Waffles, I'll work my way down the list and try them all.
