I had the ShortRib Benedict, which is Eggs Benedict with short ribs, sauteed onions, and a chiplote hollindaise sauce. It was served with a side of home fries, and it was delicious!
We met our friends for brunch at a very nice restaurant that I'd never been to before. They specialize in breakfast and lunch foods and are open from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm everyday, with the exception of Tuesday when the restaurant is closed. The place has a very cool vibe, and there's so many things that I wanted to try that I'm tempted to print out their menu as a checklist.
