Blueberry Pizza
Four D's Pizza - Hometown Farmers Market - Tamaqua, PA
I thought that this was a dessert pizza at first glance, but it's not. The Blueberry Pizza at Four D's is made with mozzarella and feta cheese, onions, garlic and blueberries, topped with a balsamic reduction. It has a slightly sweet flavor, but it has a lot more in common with a traditional slice of pizza, and it's pretty great!
Four D's Pizza is set up at the Hometown Farmer's Market. They're in the center aisle about halfway through the main building. There's plenty of counter space to stop and have a coke and a slice.
