It seemed like there were dozens of snack foods that came packaged with a free temporary tattoo when I was growing up in the 80's and 90's. I remember coming home with one on my arm when I was in elementary school and my mother throwing a fit because she was convinced that they they were spiked with LSD. Hey mom... they were fun, but they weren't THAT fun.
