Carmen's Pitza

Earlier this year, I wrote about the different brands of pitza (a boxed square pizza that is baked and meant to eat at room temperature), and I mentioned that the best one in town is from Carmen's Bakery. I didn't have pictures of it at the time because it hasn't been delivered to grocery stores in quite a few years. If you want a box, you have to go to the bakery on Broad Street in Hazleton and buy it at the counter. My work hours make it pretty challenging to get down there when they're open, but I had an opportunity to get a box and it's even better than I remembered.
