These Pirates Of Dark Water classroom valentines were on sale for a quarter at Grumpos in Wilkes-Barre. They were originally in stores thirty years ago and were given out by children with good taste in cartoons to other children who were undoubtedly puzzled by seeing a red monkey-bird telling them to "have fun and good things to eat today".
