I had the Frankenstein Roll and the Green Dragon Roll. The color of the Frankenstein Roll made me wonder if whoever came up with this peach-colored roll is one of the folks who looks for opportunities to remind other people that Frankenstein was the name of the doctor who created Frankenstein's Monster.
Both of these were delicious and are among the things I'm going to miss when we go vegan. It's going to be a while before that happens because we have a lot of non-vegan foods that are already in our kitchen, and I'm not about to waste good food, but I'm still taking a mental tally of the things that are going to be off the menu for good.
