On March 14th, the Phillies signed an 18 year old prospect from Venezuela. Yhoswar Garcia, who has been nicknamed "The Drone" for his defensive skills in center field, is held in high regard by Phillies scouts. The news had gotten a bit lost in the shuffle with all of the updates about Covid-19 and the delay of the 2020 MLB, but it's a reason to be optimistic about the future, and we could use all the good news we can get these days.
