The Best Picture of 1992, and one of the greatest western films ever made, premiered in theaters across the United States 30 years ago today. In addition to winning the Academy Award for Best Picture, Clint Eastwood won the award for Best Director, and Gene Hackman won for Best Supporting Actor. Eastwood was also nominated for Best Actor, but he was robbed by Al Pacino's performance in Scent Of A Woman, which I feel pales in comparison.
